What did you Learn from your audience feedback ?

Answering this question involves me looking at all the audience feedback i have gotten for the different stages of my magazine, trailer ad poster production and how it has helped me in making the finished products.
I have had a little problem with the upload of my video after exporting it so I have uploaded it through you tube and embed it unto blogger.

In the video I discussed :

 The Initial interviews - These helped me discover what people thought the typical codes and conventions were of a  trailer and what they expected to see in a trailer depending on the genre with some inputs.
Questionnaires - These were handed out to my class and focused more on the genre 'horror' and  asked questions about what they thought made a film/trailer successful. This allowed me to think more about what ideas I could come up with to include in my trailer and following  their feedbcack i was more open and informed about what needed to be in a horror trailer


Name Ideas - I got my influence and direction for what name to call my teaser trailer by getting audience feedback on Facebook. I already had about 4/5 ideas and by asking for peoples on facebook which they think best suited the genere I choose the UNFORESEEN.

 Magazine Name - After focusing on the trailer , I had struggled finding a starting point on my magazine. I knew I wanted a short title for the magazine but I had no idea what to use that best suits. I then had a look on the film glossary and choose the title SCENE

 Teacher Feedback - This was so helpful throughout the whole design process! It helped me have a consistent second opinion and discuss ideas clearly, resulting in the best possible final product.

Trailer Feedback - The feedback I received from the class was really supportive and i got a lot of constructive critisim and suggested ideas on how to make the trailer better and more improed than it was as it was hard to understand and therefore did not show genre.

Angela's Feedback - This influenced the montage that I included in my final trailer which helped the tension built in the trailer, she was helpful through out the enntire process giving creative suggestions and ideas.

Poster and Magazine Feedback - This i gathered on facebbook by putting a pictire of my poster and magazine and asking for contributions an reasonable inputs about what they tought and how it can be improved this helped alot as I went on to finish my poster and magazine with the help of the feedback gotten.
